I relocated to Seeley Lake in 2019 from Libby MT when my husband was transferred for his work.
I grew up in a small farming community near Pendleton, OR. Summers were spent at the family ranch in Condon, OR helping Grandma with the household chores, bugging my aunt to ride horses and pulling weeds when I was in trouble.
I attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA and have an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, OR. I have had various life experiences from working in canaries, driving wheat truck and tractors as a teenager to associated editor/reporter with rural newspapers to insurance with Glacier Insurance of Libby and Western States Insurance, Kalispell (now PayneWest). I have been a receptionist, bookkeeper, construction loan collector and technical writing reviewer for an engineer and don’t forget hostess and server in the restaurant industry.
I volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Missoula, Meals on Wheels and was recently elected to the Seeley Lake Rural Fire District Board.
My husband, Quinn Carver, and I enjoy the outdoors and keeping company with our menagerie Bilbo Baggins (Maltese/Yorkie), Zivah (Blue Heeler) and calico cat, Cadillac aka Caddy.
